I’m Jan Morgan… What began years ago as a ladies tactical retreat for firearms training, has evolved into a wholistic approach to self defense training. Owning and carrying a gun, being able to hit your target is not enough. Being prepared to defend your life, requires a more in-depth training skillset that involves mental, physical, tactical, and spiritual preparedness.
THAT IS WHAT THIS LADIES EMPOWERMENT WEEKEND/Tactical Goddess Retreat is all about!
Regardless of your age, level of firearms experience, or physical limitations, this ladies retreat will CHANGE YOUR LIFE!
When you register, you sign up for one of three training groups that best fits your experience level. Defenders, Warriors or Savages.
Your training that weekend will be geared toward working at a pace that is good FOR YOU..
NO EXPERIENCE? No gun? NO PROBLEM.. Beginners with no firearms experience, are placed in a group we call “Defenders” We will teach you all the basics and provide you with a firearm that best suits you. (Our national sponsors will provide you with a gun for camp that is perfect for you and ammunition) You will learn all the basics of safe gun handling.
If you have had basic pistol training and are just ready to up your tactical skills, you belong in a group called Warriors… This group training involves learning to move and shoot, various shooting positions, tactical clear of jams, and rapid fire training.
Ready for more advanced tactical training?Sign up for the group called SAVAGES.
This training is not for the faint of heart. Its aggressive, fast paced and downright brutal at times.. Last retreat, the Savages trained in a rain storm with high winds. Because, bad guys are not always fair weather attackers.
We have Electives hours during the retreat where you choose special training in areas of interest like gun cleaning, Emergency first aid/how to apply a tourniquet, AR 15 class, or Try a Gun where you get the chance to try different guns to see which ones you like best.
We all come together several times a day for full group classes like “Warrior mindset, which addresses mental preparedness for self defense, Health and Fitness which provides you with the tools to get your physical health on the right track, Prepping for a crisis ( info on what you need to have on hand to survive in the case of a national crisis) Our team chaplains, Robi and Chari will have devotional hour to share God’s word on spiritual strength during a crisis and… Miss Suzette, the greatest cook in the South, will prepare three full course hot meals a day for us …Eating together and our slumber party at night are the moments we build lifetime friendships!
Our all female, National 2AWomen Tactical Training Instructor Team is composed of a group of women, all ages, from six states, with over 75 years of combined training in the four areas of self defense preparedness. We love empowering women and look forward to spending the weekend with you! See you at Camp!
